Luna is the assistant that lives inside your platform. Customers type their question however they like, and she answers straight away with what the manual says, linking to the exact section. The same old questions stop reaching you.

Customers ask in their own words: "the gps time is wrong", "my car lost signal", "how do I see yesterday". Luna answers more than 5,000 questions about the software and its apps, and recognises each one written in a thousand ways, misspelled and without accents.
Every answer comes from the manual and the FAQ, each one checked inside the software. If she does not have it, she says so; she never invents a step that does not exist.
Next to the answer there is a link to the step by step, with its screenshots. The customer learns on their own and stops asking the same thing.
No opening hours and no queue. Customers ask when the problem happens, not when you open.
The search runs in the customer own browser. No third party services, no customer data travelling anywhere, and no cost per question.
Every question is recorded, without the name or details of whoever asked. You open the report and see two things: what they ask you the most, and the questions Luna cannot answer yet. That second list is exactly what to add to the manual.

Most calls a distributor gets are not faults: they are how-to questions. How do I run a report, why is the car grey, where do I change the time, how do I share a location. Luna answers that instantly, on the very screen where the customer is stuck.

The new person at any company (dispatch, fleet, workshop) sits down and asks. No course, no video, nobody on your team stopping to explain. Luna teaches the platform to anyone, right when they need it, and leaves the manual open on the right page.
Starts on Monday and can already run a report. They ask and learn on their own, with nobody on your team stopping to explain.
The first days bring the most calls. Luna shows them how to log in, see the route and set their first alert.
They look up what they need right there: where the IMEI goes, how to send a command to the device, what each status means.
It is switched on in minutes and changes nothing of what you already use.
