Your client doesn't have to replace the system they already use

The big sale is almost always lost for the same reason: the client says they already have their system and won't change it to add tracking. They are right, and they don't have to. We connect to theirs.

What the connection solves

Talks to what the client already has

Invoicing, accounting, dispatch, fuel control, insurance. If the client uses it, we connect to it.

Information arrives as it happens

Data travels when events occur, not in a file somebody uploads the next day.

It goes both ways

It isn't only about handing over data. The client's system can also send information to us.

Without opening the database

The connection uses its own credentials and limited permissions. The other system sees only what it should.

If theirs isn't listed, we connect it

A system not being on the list is not a problem: connecting new systems is monthly work.

Under your brand

If you resell under your own name, the integration carries your name too.

Said the way you say it to your client

Exact words you can use on the visit. No jargon.

“You change nothing about what you already use. We connect to your system and send the information across automatically.”
“Your software isn't on the list? Doesn't matter, we'll connect it. That is exactly what we do every month.”
“We don't touch your database. We give you a key that opens only what you authorise.”

The clients you win with this

You resell under your own brand. This is who it works for, and with what argument.

Companies with their own system

Those running an admin platform they have no intention of replacing.

Logistics operators

They need vehicle position to land inside their dispatch or traceability system.

Insurers and large fleets

Where tracking data feeds risk scoring or claims reporting.

Clients with in-house developers

The one who says “I have my own system” is precisely the sale you win with this.

Frequently asked questions

Does it connect to the system my client already uses?

There are more than 380 external applications already connected, and for anything else there is direct access to integrate it.

Does the information travel both ways?

Yes: you can read the tracking data and also send information from the other system.

Do I need a developer?

For the connections that already exist, no. For a custom integration you do need somebody technical on your side or the client's.

Is this charged separately?

There is no per-module charge. What may cost is the integration work if it is custom.

The “I already have my system” objection disappears

It is the answer you need in order not to lose the large accounts.
