The Fifotrack protocol

The protocol of Fifotrack devices, a Chinese manufacturer from Shenzhen that stands out for carrying <strong>more interfaces than is usual in its range</strong>: connections for sensors, readers and peripherals.

It is spoken by the A100, S20, Q3 and GT06 A300. Besides position it carries whatever arrives through those inputs: driver identification, a sensor, a panic button.

Which port it comes in onOur server listens for the Fifotrack protocol on port 6124. That is the port you set on the device, together with the server address. Point it somewhere else and the data still leaves, but the server cannot read it.
Careful with what other sites tell youA device «having inputs» does not mean that particular reader will work. <strong>Test the exact device and peripheral combination</strong> in the workshop before promising it to a customer.
