The Granit protocol
The protocol of Granit Navigator devices, from the Russian manufacturer Santel-Navigation. They target <strong>freight and passenger transport</strong>, and circulate in several versions — 04, 4.10, 4.14, v6 — that speak the same family.
They carry a GLONASS/GPS receiver and <strong>inputs and outputs for sensors and actuators</strong>: fuel level, temperature, door opening, or a power cut-off. They buffer to internal memory when signal drops and send it on reconnection.
