The Maestro protocol

The protocol of Maestro devices — Maestro E100, Maestro E200 — from the machine-to-machine modem and terminal line rather than mass vehicle tracking.

They are configured with commands. They turn up mostly in industrial installations and custom integrations, not over the counter.

Which port it comes in onOur server listens for the Maestro protocol on port 6129. That is the port you set on the device, together with the server address. Point it somewhere else and the data still leaves, but the server cannot read it.
