The Mictrack protocol

The protocol of Mictrack devices, with a catalogue split between vehicles, assets and personal units. It sits in the low-to-mid range.

It is spoken by the MT and MP families — MT700, MT825, MT600, MP90. It is configured with commands, using the SIM's APN and the server address.

Which port it comes in onOur server listens for the Mictrack protocol on port 6191. That is the port you set on the device, together with the server address. Point it somewhere else and the data still leaves, but the server cannot read it.
Careful with what other sites tell youWithin the same family there are part numbers that differ a lot, so <strong>ask for the exact model in writing</strong> before buying quantity. And confirm the network generation: 2G still lives on in this range.
