The TRV protocol

The protocol of TRV devices, with the M and MT series — TRV-M7, TRV-MT200 — budget range and very common on motorcycles and private cars.

They are configured by text message. They report position and, depending on the model, allow engine cut-off via a relay.

Which port it comes in onOur server listens for the TRV protocol on port 6010. That is the port you set on the device, together with the server address. Point it somewhere else and the data still leaves, but the server cannot read it.
Careful with what other sites tell youIf the device has a cut-off, <strong>it must be fitted by somebody who knows how</strong>. A badly installed immobiliser is a vehicle that shuts down where it shouldn't: a real risk, not a finishing detail.
