Who you sell it to: companies that want a solution under their own name, and the niches an ordinary vehicle tracker does not reach.

What it earns you: if you are already building your own service brand, this closes the circle so the hardware carries your name too. That raises what you can charge and makes it far harder for the customer to leave.

What to watch: own-brand manufacturing requires minimum volumes and payment up front. Don't go there until the demand is proven, or you will be sitting on the stock.
