GOTOP Limited is a Shenzhen manufacturer founded in 2000, with a plant of around 15,000 m² and a declared capacity of a hundred thousand units a month. It makes vehicle, personal, phone and pet trackers, and works to order and under the customer's own brand.

Who you sell it to: the general budget market, with several lines from one supplier.

What it earns you: factory capacity is what matters here. A supplier producing at that scale does not run out of stock in high season, and if you reach volume you can order the device under your own brand. At that point you stop competing on price: the customer can no longer look your model up online.

What to watch: own-brand manufacturing requires minimum quantities and payment up front. Don't go there until the demand is proven, or the stock will sit still.
