Rinho

The platform already reads these 8 Rinho devices.

For the reseller

Rinho: it does work even if it isn't on the list — it speaks Wialon IPS

Argentine manufacturer with families such as C3, C5, MINITRACK, SPIDER and ULTRALITE. Support in Spanish, in a compatible time zone, and without waiting three weeks for a spare part from Asia.

The doubt that brings almost everyone here: you may not find «Rinho» in a platform's compatible device list, and that makes it look as if it doesn't work. It does. What matters is not the brand but the protocol: every Rinho device speaks Wialon IPS, according to the manufacturer itself, and our server listens for it.

What it earns you: knowing this is a concrete commercial advantage. Your competition is telling that customer no, because they can't find the brand on a list. You can tell him yes.

What to watch: when registering the device, pick the Wialon IPS protocol — don't go looking for the brand name. That is the step where everybody gets stuck.

The doubt that brings almost everybody here: which protocol your device speaks, what to check when a device goes quiet and devices that stop reporting.

Which protocol it speaks: Rinho devices reach the platform over the Wialon IPS protocol. Its page explains what it is and how it works.
