The Cellocator protocol

The protocol of Cellocator devices, from an Israeli company that comes out of vehicle security and stolen-vehicle recovery. Its devices are built to be hard to disable.

It is spoken by the CR300, CR200B, CelloTrack and Cello-IQ. It is a binary protocol: you cannot read it by eye in a log, it has to be decoded.

Which port it comes in onOur server listens for the Cellocator protocol on port 6033. That is the port you set on the device, together with the server address. Point it somewhere else and the data still leaves, but the server cannot read it.
Careful with what other sites tell youIt is a project brand, not a counter brand: it turns up with an insurer or a finance company behind it. That customer audits response times and availability, so do not take it on without a real operation behind you.
