The protocol of Cellocator devices, from an Israeli company that comes out of vehicle security and stolen-vehicle recovery. Its devices are built to be hard to disable.
It is spoken by the CR300, CR200B, CelloTrack and Cello-IQ. It is a binary protocol: you cannot read it by eye in a log, it has to be decoded.
