The Navtelecom protocol

The protocol of Navtelecom devices, a Russian manufacturer focused on fleet monitoring, satellite navigation and industrial automation. It is one of the most widely installed brands in its home market.

It is spoken by the Signal series — Signal S-2551, Signal S-2117 — aimed at heavy vehicles and machinery rather than private cars.

Which port it comes in onOur server listens for the Navtelecom protocol on port 6221. That is the port you set on the device, together with the server address. Point it somewhere else and the data still leaves, but the server cannot read it.
